🧼 Safe & Clean Space
A Safe & Clean Daycare Environment in Coquitlam, BC
Rigorously maintained, hygienic spaces for worry-free play — in a licensed, insured home daycare.
What To Expect
Your child's safety comes before everything else
Choosing a daycare means trusting someone else with your child's safety for most of the day, and we don't take that lightly. Under The Sea Childcare is fully licensed and insured, meeting provincial regulations for home-based child care in British Columbia, with regular inspections and documented safety protocols.
Our space is childproofed room by room — secured cabinets, covered outlets, soft-edged furniture, and age-appropriate toys that are cleaned and sanitized throughout the day, not just at closing. We follow strict handwashing and diaper-changing protocols, track allergies and medical needs for every child, and keep a secure entry so only authorized pickup contacts can access the space.
Our low staff-to-child ratio isn't just about attention and development — it's a safety measure. Fewer children per caregiver means faster response times, closer supervision during play, and caregivers who know each child's needs well enough to catch problems early.
